Our service uses AI to generate high-quality, stylised headshots from your uploaded images. Due to the digital and personalised nature of the product, we cannot offer refunds once the headshot generation process has started or completed.

Right to Cancel

Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days. However, this right is waived once you consent to begin the service and the digital content (your AI headshots) has started processing or has been delivered.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that the 14-day cancellation period is waived once headshot generation has begun.

Eligibility for Refunds

• If no processing has begun and you request a cancellation within 14 days, you may be eligible for a full refund.
• If your images do not meet our quality requirements and we are unable to proceed, you will receive a full refund.
• If there is a technical failure on our side and we are unable to deliver the product, you are entitled to a full refund.
